Lady Gabriella Windsor is 51st in line to the throne and will marry fiancé Thomas Kingston in just a few months time. Lady Gabriella, known as Ella to friends and family, is the daughter of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent. Prince Michael is a first cousin of Queen Elizabeth II, being a grandson of King George V and Queen Mary.
Gabriella is not a working royal, instead working as both a senior director and a freelance writer.
Lady Gabriella and Thomas are believed to have got engaged whilst on a trip to the Isle of Sark, a small island in the English Channel off the coast of Normandy.
A statement from Buckingham Palace, revealing their engagement said: “Prince and Princess Michael of Kent are delighted to announce the engagement of their daughter Lady Gabriella Windsor to Mr Thomas Kingston.”
The statement also revealed insight into the couple’s careers, saying “Lady Gabriella (known as ‘Ella’) is a Senior Director at Branding Latin America, a brand-positioning platform that specialises in the region.

“She’s also a writer and contributes to The London Magazine.”
The Palace added that Tom, “works in frontier market investment and is a Director of Devonport Capital”.
Similar to recent royal weddings, Lady Gabriella and Thomas have chosen to marry in St George’s Chapel in the grounds of Windsor Castle.
This venue saw Meghan and Harry marry one another in May 2018, and just five months later Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank also wed at St George’s Chapel.
The wedding will take place on May 18, and is said to be a quieter affair than the two preceding royal weddings.
It is unlikely senior members of the royal family will be in attendance, and unlike previous weddings at St George’s there will be no carriage procession or members of the public invited into the grounds.
Lady Gabriella’s wedding also will not be televised, unlike Meghan and Eugenie’s.
Royal attendees are expected to be Lady Gabriella’s parents Prince and Princess Michael and her brother Lord Frederick Winsor and sister-in-law, Sophie Winkleman.

Princess Eugenie may also receive an invitation, with Gabriella and Tom both having been guests at her wedding in October.
Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge’s sister Pippa Middleton may also attend, as Pippa and Thomas were once a couple and have remained close friends.
The reception will reportedly take place in Frogmore House, a favourite with royal couples of late.
There is not much else known about Lady Gabriella’s wedding, Express.co.uk will release more details when they are revealed.
